Enter exactly as shown on the bottom of cartridge after the "L-" (YYYYMMDD) and only 1 per submission. Do not include the "L". Do not put the expiration date. For multiple lots, please submit separately for each certificate. Lot number is required for receiving COA in addition to COC.
